This is sick, the builder sure did his homework. Got all the details right—nailed the stretched rear tires.
I've wanted to build a slammed car for a while, haven't seen any til now. I'd try smaller scale. Achieving camber should be the fun part.

Reminded me of this microbus that Stanceworks had featured a long time ago.

This is a bit beyond my skill level. I usually build in classic town scale, so anything stanced probably wouldn't actually roll.

Hey me too! I was one of the few builders in my circle who built cars for minifigs in 4-wide. All the other 4-widers would ignore minifigs.
I almost always used the classic one-piece 4x10 chassis. Built two 10-wides by the end of my MOCcing career... I like to think I'm in my 'dark ages' right now

Both classic 4x10 chassis are mainstays of my collection. I'm also deeply bothered by the truck tires that Lego is currently using on everything from sports cars to family sedans. Case in point, the new Car Transporter. Why do the convertibles have the same tire size as the truck carrying them? Nice set regardless though, my girlfriend got me one for Christmas.

Ah, I mostly used the ones with four studs between the wheels. And yeah, Lego needs to branch out their wheels choices.

Oh I use those too. Here's two of them, the green one has a modified version of that chassis. I cut the 4x1 piece at each end off so I can use it like the other 4x10 chassis.

Oh nice! Does that red one fit minifigs?
Here's the cars I uploaded, ranging from really old to old: http://www.mocpages.com/folder.php/306…

I only build them to fit mini-figs, I've had town set ups at various points so I like them to be functional. Looking through your gallery, it seems we build in the same style. I've sort of taken a neo-classic town approach as I call it with my modular car designs based on set #4850.

Yeah it's such a great scale! I came from a town layout background too so that's probably why most of my builds are minifig-centric. Lego should make City cars more like the ones in 4850 and save the big knobby wheels for trucks.

I've been saying that for years. You can seat 2 in the 10-stud wheelbase, which they have aimed for in certain new cars like the police car or the yellow car that came with a camper. They don't need to be the size of an SUV and the headlights and taillights are the same SNOT setup. That dark bluish grey chassis they use now is awful, they look like Lego Jr.
As far as my town goes, right now I only have my modular buildings displayed.
